About the Firm

Ayodele Olatunji & Co. is a dynamic professional outfit authorized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) to carry out accounting, auditing, Taxation and other related service to private and public enterprises in conformity with the rules and regulations of the Institute, and in consonance with the provision of Company and Allied Matters Act of 1990, Banks and Other Financial Institutions Decree and other Regulatory legislation.

OBJECTIVES

The outfit, which is managed by dedicated, young and dynamic team of Chartered Accountants, is determined to contribute its quota towards the development of accountancy profession by upholding integrity and provision of qualitative services that meet international standards. To achieve the organizational goal, the firm has in place a formidable structure that is effectively complemented by various operational strategies amongst which are: a) The attraction of highly qualified staff that are technically sound. (b) The adoption of concept of specialization in the different fields of professional work. (c) The recognition of systems, processes, structure and culture as critical factors in the performance of critical assignments. The above are the firm’s strategies to ensure high degree of professionalism and quality assurance in the discharge of our engagement.

Mr. Olatunji, Ayodele Felix: Managing Partner

Mr. Olatunji is the founding partner of Ayodele Olatunji & Co, which came into existence in February 2001 and has since been providing the necessary leadership for the activities of the Firm, including positioning the firm to meet increasing challenges of the future.

He is also an ACCA IFR Certified and a member of the following reputable professional bodies:

Managing Partner

Mr. Olatunji holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. ( A Prize Winner of the Institute), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management, with over 30 years professional experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Revenue Generation, Administration and Consultancy Projects. He has led, supervised and handled various audit works of both public and private organizations. He was a Senior Principal Consultant with Olusola Adekanola & Co, a firm that specializes in Revenue Generation and Tax consultancy, up till 31st January 2001.

Mr. Ajayi, Hezekiah Olusola Partner CISA, CRISC, FCTI, FCA

Mr. Olusola Ajayi is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria with over 30 years professional experience covering public accounting practices, taxation and financial consultancy. He also worked with UBA Plc for a period of twelve years during which he gathered considerable experiences in Operational Risk Management, Branch Operations and Internal Control. Mr. Ajayi trained with Z.O. Ososanya & Co and Adetona Isichei & Co (firms of Chartered Accountants).
